Updating Email Address

My friend and I are playing a game. It's been a while since they used the site and I don't think the email address that they originally signed up with is current anymore. They're not getting email notifications that it's their turn. If they are being sent, then they're going to the wrong email. I can manually email them to prompt them that it's their turn, but that's annoying.

I don't see anywhere on the site that you can update your email address or where you can adjust email preferences. If they need to get the email address updated, how would they do that?

This would have been more helpful if I understood how to get to the User Control Panel in the first place. I finally found it by going to "My Profile" and selecting "Forum Preferences".
