[DIPLO] [BUG] Only 4 Actions in Game 3826141

Hi,

In game 3826141 (http://www.boiteajeux.net/jeux/agr/part ... id=3826141), Single Player Round 14 I had only 4 Meeples instead of 5 (but I did have 5 Meeples as reflected in the Points).
I had this issue several time in the past games, and is probably related to a bug in the Scholar logic.

I am not interested in a fix of this game, but to understand if it can be fixed and what to do in case I face it again.

I play very often single agricola. Whenever i notice that some turns have been squeezed i give up the game and start another one.
I advice you to do the same.
