• Il s'agit d'un tournoi de parties à 2 joueurs avec élimination directe.
• Les parties se joueront avec la variante 20 pions.
• Des têtes de série ont été désignées en fonction du classement du tournoi ABP Tour 2015 et du classement ELO au début du tournoi, le 28 aout 2016.
